Nothing will keep me on my toes like having Benjamin and Ruby to stay..
After a trip to Super Target we played Legos…
We went to the park.
We did crafts…
We went back to the park.
We also ate, watched lots of movies, played with new toys in the bath… and that was the first two days…
Then it was time for a break! Ruby and Benjamin went to play with Aunty Sarah and I went to Quilters Quest for an African Folklore Embroidery class.
The ladies threaded their needles,
and stitched…
We were having so much fun we just managed to get one group photo before it was time to go home!
Then it was back to pick up the grandchildren…
Fortunately their parents returned Friday evening. They hung around until Sunday. Too much excitement…
Now I’m busy, busy trying to tie up countless loose ends before we go away tomorrow evening. I’m afraid some of those ends will just have to stay undone until we return but I’ve cut lots of hexagons and packed my cruise embroidery samples so they can come with us… We’ve a long plane ride ahead.
