Busy in the classroom at International Quilt Festival 2022

Classes started for me on Tuesday…

Let’s tell the story in pictures…

Wool Appliqué was up first on my schedule. We had a gentle introduction to the finer points (and curves) of the art…Moving on, still at a relaxed pace, with a very full room of students taking first steps in walking foot quilting. That was Tuesday!

Up bright and early to get the classroom ready for Dimensional Embroidery stitches with some familiar faces, and some new friends…After lunch in the teacher’s lounge it was back to the same room to make Shirtlace buttons. We graduated twenty five buttoners…And then it was down to the show floor for preview night of International Quilt Festival 2022!! We were too busy for photos. I’ll try and get around the show floor and take some pretty pics this afternoon…

But now, because it made me smile, here’s a screen shot of an email I received yesterday in my in-box…

Wouldn’t you like to get to know this woman?!! You can use the link at the side of the page to find out more 🙂
