If you were to be at the AQS show in Grand Rapids next weekend, you would be able to visit my little quilt in the Alzheimer’s Art Quilt Initiative display Alzheimer’s Illustrated: From Heartbreak to Hope. Mine is the 5th from the left in this picture from their site.
I of course will be at THE wedding….
Also, if you were to get to Quilt Expo in Madison in September you would be able to find my Sue Spargo wool folk-art quilt Imperial Blooms in the contest area… Wall Quilts – applique, machine quilted.
And, as if that weren’t enough, Imperial Blooms will also be traveling to the AQS show and contest in Des Moines in October. It is a semi-finalist in the judged show in Wall Quilts – machine quilted category.
But, just in case you won’t be able to get to either here is a reminder what it looks like,
I parceled it up and mailed it to Beaver Dam on Friday. I hope it is enjoying the journey!
OH Catherine, your quilt is absolutely exquisite; I stand in awe!
Thanks Michele. I have never spent so much time, effort (or money) on one quilt before!!
Congratulations, Catherine! How exciting! I’m sure it will be a winner!
This quilt is awesome Catherine! It’s so beautifully made and I love the color choices. Nice work!
