Mother’s Day is coming up (less than four weeks now) so it seemed like excellent timing for a Quilter and Child class making yo-yo embellished tea towels for some well loved moms…
Every child had brought a grandma with them to our gathering at Pieceful Heart Fabrics. It was lovely to see everyone working so wonderfully well together.
After some brief introductions we set to creating a dozen yo-yos each with the Clover Quick Yoyo Makers…
Then we pressed our tea towels, stitched on ribbon, artfully arranged the yo-yos and attached them securely with buttons.
With the help of great teamwork and a little chocolate it was soon time for show and tell…
