Thanksgiving was a blur! Julia and Sarah made a most excellent job of cooking dinner and entertaining the guests. They had tidied the kitchen before everyone came, including all my stuff, so my camera was in exile somewhere…

Matt and Julia finished all the dishes after the children had gone to bed and just like that we were Post-Thanksgiving!
I was able to finish the binding on a couple of quilts while all the real work was being done. On Saturday we set up the photography studio.

I have been feeling that my Spring in the City quilt needed something else so I did a little hand stitching.

Three quilts for one $30 entry fee at QuiltCon. Those are my three. We’ll have to wait and see what the jury says. They’ll travel with me anyway so they are not destined for the plastic boxes any time soon!
And because we can’t have a Thanksgiving without Benjamin here he is, still missing a tooth but handsome as ever.
