Today’s featured image is the tinsel star from our first Christmas tree. I bought a little plastic one in 1982, the year before Jonathan was born. Our friend Glyn helped me make it from a clothes hanger and tinsel. The clothes hangers were heavy duty back then and it took a strong pair of hands to shape it.

I remember that tree and star, all decorated in red. I still use the felt ornaments that you made too. Happy memories 🙂
